ANNEXURE – III

1)      SERVICE LOCATION CENTRE

The firm will supply list of locations where the service centres of the firm is located.

2)      MAINTENANCE CLAUSE

a)      The firm should quote comprehensive maintenance rates along with parts including repair/ replacement of printer head.

b)      The firm should provide preventive maintenance once in a month without any call from user.

c)      The firm should attend the machine within maximum period of  3 (three) working days.

3)      TERMS OF PAYMENT

a)      The payment will be made at the end of each quarter subject to satisfactory maintenance.

b)      If the machine remains unserviceable for more than three working days, deduction from the payment will be made at double the rates of contract on pro-rata basis for the down portion including three grace days.

4)      PERIOD OF CONTRACT

The contract will remain valid for two (02) years from the date of acceptance by the firm to whom the AMC will be awarded.

5)      DISCOUNT CLAUSE

Discount be indicated in case of longer period of AMC and number of machines.

            Tenderers must attach a list of Government offices, Autonomous bodies in which maintenance contract for the PCs of any make has been executed giving following information:-

1)      Telephone no. of each such office with full correspondence address.

2)      The rates at which the maintenance contract has been executed.
