TECHNICAL BID

Technical bid should contain:-

1. A forwarding letter containing, its activities and expertise, experience, job undertaken with name of Government offices/PSUs/ other offices, along with letter of acceptance/ work order for job undertaken by the company from different Government offices/PSUs/ other offices etc.
2. Details of name, qualification and experience of service engineers.
3. Photocopies of PAN card, GST Registration Certificate and Trade license.

FINANCIAL BID

Financial bid should contain:-

Rate and total cost of individual items with grand total at the end in tabular form. GST, as applicable in the rate, should be mentioned separately.
